This is to bring to your kind notice regarding one of the agency providing water purifier services in Indirapuram - PURICOM WATER PRIVATE LIMITED
ReplyDeleteWe had taken AMC for RO from PURICOM WATER PRIVATE LIMITED on 17th Mar 2012 and we were promised 3 free services as part of the AMC. However, after 2 services the concerned person told that we had already availed 3 services by 16th Mar 2013. However, when we asked the PURICOM authorities to show the card, there was entry for only 2 services. Clearly, 1 service was added by them out of their own “goodwill”. After challenging them, we were told that since the 1 yr contract had expired our 1 remaining service does not hold good. We had been chasing these ppl from mar beginning but they did not pay attention to our calls. Please note – how they changed their stance from “Already availed services” to “AMC period has expired”
More disheartening is the behavior of the PURICOM staff in Indirapuram – Balvinder and also the head office person.
Will request all the residents here to please do not consider PURICOM WATER PRIVATE LIMITED for any AMC for RO. We have gone through lot of trouble from them and would not want other family to go through same trauma.
these bastards are really no good. Even i have got an AMC done from them and its a pain to get there technicians to fix any issue or get my RO serviced. There office staff is also not good at all. When ever you call them they will just try to fool around.
