UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE!! RO Kent+ UV Please arrange for proper service of the RO system which is under AMC with you. Numerous complaints registered have not evinced proper response and the problem on the machine still persists. grateful if a responsible service engineer is deputed to diagnose and rectify the fault.
Annual Maintenance Contract for KENT water filter has been executed on 27th Aug 2012 with the promise of providing trouble free maintenance with 100% replacement of required parts. In spite of having the earlier contract valid upto 7/3/2013 you have executed the contract for maintenance upto 6/3/2014 with the promise of covering replacement costs of Membrane & Motor. For executing the said contract an amount of Rs.4200/- has been paid on 27/08/2012. Whereas, now on 22nd Sept. 2013, your service representative has demanded us for replacement of Membrane of the water filter under additional charges of Rs.2800/-. We have referred the promise made by your company while signing the contract, but he has denied the fact out right and did not render the promised service.

Also, do not buy amy kind of RO or Kent with them. Because after sales they do not have service, but once you call them for free service under warranty they charged.
Utter disappointment with the service. Paid Rs.5500 for two year of service. Numerous numbers of calls for the service. No option left except knock the door of district forum.
Third class service with no manners how to talk to their clients. Advice to their owners.. spend some money in hiring atleast people who know how to talk.
I will never ever advice to please hire them as your service provider, instead donate that money so that yoy get satisfaction instead of frustration.
Giving X numbers to contact you will not give you business instead F**k off people who are sitting their and hire someone with interpersonal skills.
You will definiteky close your doors with such kind of employes . Good luck.

Never trust in this company.
